Welcome to Hath Kolome Dropshipping – Volume 1 ("we," "our," or "us"), a digital book reader application developed by BD-DS. This Privacy Policy explains how our app handles your information when you use it on your Android device.

By installing and using this App, you agree to the terms described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App and contact Google Play for a refund in accordance with their refund policy.

2.1 Information We Do NOT Collect

This App does not collect any of the following:

• Name, email address, or phone number
• GPS location or geographic data
• Camera, microphone, or biometric data
• Device contacts or call logs
• Browsing history or search data
• Device identifiers (IMEI, MAC address, Advertising ID)
• Financial or payment information
• Photos, files, or media from your device

2.2 Information Stored Locally on Your Device

To improve your reading experience, the following data is stored only on your device using Android DataStore (Preferences):

• 📄 Last-read page number — to resume reading where you left off
• 🎨 Reader theme preference — Day, Sepia, or Night mode
• 🔖 Bookmarks — pages you have marked for quick access
• ⚙️ Display settings — keep-screen-on and scroll direction preferences

The limited local data described above is used solely for:

• Restoring your reading position when you reopen the App
• Applying your preferred display theme
• Displaying your saved bookmarks
• Maintaining your display and scroll settings

We do not use any data for advertising, profiling, analytics, or any commercial purpose.

To protect the purchased book content from unauthorized copying, we implement the following security measures:

• FLAG_SECURE: An Android system-level security flag that prevents screenshots, screen recordings, and screen casting while the App is in use. This is a standard Android DRM feature and does not collect any personal data.
• Offline PDF Rendering: The book content is stored within the App package itself. It is never transmitted over any network.
• Internal File Storage: The PDF is extracted to the App's private internal storage (filesDir), inaccessible to other apps without root access.

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with any third party.

The following third-party services are involved in the App ecosystem:

• Google Play Store: Handles app distribution and payment processing for the one-time purchase. Google's own Privacy Policy governs this interaction. → Google Privacy Policy
• Android DataStore (Jetpack): A Google library used for local-only preference storage. No data is sent remotely.
• Android PdfRenderer (AOSP): Built-in Android API for rendering PDF files. No network access required.

We take the security of your reading experience and purchased content seriously:

• The PDF book file is stored in the App's private internal storage, protected by Android's sandbox security model
• FLAG_SECURE prevents unauthorized screen capture of book content
• No network connections are made, eliminating network-based attack vectors
• No user accounts or passwords are involved

Since no personal data is transmitted or stored remotely, there is no risk of a remote data breach affecting your personal information through this App.

This App requests minimal Android permissions:

• INTERNET — Not used: The App operates fully offline. No internet permission is declared in the manifest.
• READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE — Not used: The PDF is bundled inside the App package; no external storage access is needed.
• FLAG_SECURE (Window Flag): Applied programmatically to prevent screenshots. Does not collect data.
• WAKE_LOCK (Optional): Used only when the user enables "Keep Screen On" in settings, to prevent the screen from dimming during reading. Does not access personal data.

This App is intended for adult learners interested in dropshipping and e-commerce. It is not directed at children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under 13. Since this App does not collect any personal information from any user, there is inherently no risk of collecting children's data.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used this App, please be assured that no personal data has been collected. If you have concerns, please contact us using the information in Section 15.

Linqo is committed to maintaining a safe platform. This App has a zero-tolerance policy for any content related to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

9.1 Zero Tolerance

This App does not allow, support, or tolerate any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind
• Sexual exploitation of minors
• Grooming, solicitation, or trafficking involving minors
• Any sexual content involving individuals under 18

9.2 Nature of This App

This is a static PDF book reader containing only educational business content about dropshipping. There is no user-generated content, no social features, no chat, and no ability to upload any content. CSAE content cannot be introduced into this App by any means.

9.3 Reporting

If you believe any child safety concern exists related to this App, please contact us immediately at the email address in Section 15. We will investigate and cooperate fully with relevant authorities.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your data:

• Right to Access: You may request information about what data is associated with your use of the App. (In practice, the only data is stored locally on your own device.)
• Right to Erasure: Uninstalling the App from your device permanently deletes all locally stored App data. No action from us is required.
• Right to Portability: Your reading progress and bookmarks are stored locally; you have full access to your device's storage.
• GDPR (EU/EEA Users): Since we do not collect or process any personal data, GDPR Article 6 lawful basis does not apply. No data processing activities are conducted by us.
• CCPA (California Users): We do not sell personal information. No opt-out is required as no data is collected.

11.1 Local App Data

All data stored by this App (reading progress, bookmarks, settings) exists exclusively on your device. This data is automatically deleted when you uninstall the App. No request to us is required.

11.2 Purchase Records

The one-time purchase of this App is processed by Google Play. Google may retain transaction records in accordance with their own data retention policies and applicable legal requirements. We do not retain purchase records independently.

11.3 No Account to Delete

This App does not require user registration or account creation. There is no account to delete. Uninstalling the App is sufficient to remove all App-related data from your device.

All content within this App, including but not limited to text, graphics, illustrations, and instructional material, is the exclusive intellectual property of BD-DS.

• This App is licensed to the purchaser for personal, non-commercial use on a single device.
• Reproduction, redistribution, screen recording, scanning, or resale of any portion of the content is strictly prohibited.
• Sharing account access, distributing the APK file, or circumventing copy-protection measures violates this license and may constitute copyright infringement under applicable law, including the Copyright Act of Bangladesh (2023).

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance of the App on all devices.
• The business information provided in this book is for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional financial or legal advice.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BD-DS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this App or its content.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify users through a Google Play Store update notice or in-app notification upon next launch.

Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
